Note:  The Teen Court Database(c) is  available for use on Access 2000 and Access 2003 (with SP1 or later only).  Contact JAT Trax Studios at (503) 430-0605 for questions.

This upgrade consists of the following additions:

• Stripped Data -  used only when an agency is having difficulty with data errors and ask JAT Trax Studios to assist in locating an error.  It does not contain information linking a defendant to Teen Court.

• Intake Letter - To send a reminder to a defendant regarding the date and time of the Intake Interview.  

• Court Fees - This feature was requested by several agencies wishing to report on fees collected through the Teen Court.  You can view a Fees report on the Demo of Version 3.0.  

• Agency Referred To - Use this data field to record the agency a defendant was referred to.  

• Parental Referral Letter - This letter is to inform the parents by mail of the referral of their son/daughter due to case not being completed.

• New Reports - 
        *  Peer Court Activity Report is now changed to Court Activity Report.
        *  Completed Cases now changed to Inactive/Completed cases
            on the Court Activity Report.

• New Button - Delete Volunteer/Juror from Volunteer and Jury Pools.
                         Print Biographical Data from Volunteer/Jury Pools.

• Jury Pool - New additions include the following data fields:
                      Sex field
                      Race field
                      Cell phone
                      Email address
                      School
