Easy Data Entry

Whether entering data for defendants, volunteers, or jurors, this database allows you to enter as little or as much information needed for your particular agency.  You can enter as little as the citation number, name, and date of birth, or as much as the entire database allows.  The data you enter is entirely your own to do with as you please.

After a defendant completes his/her sentence, your agency has the choice of Inactivating or Expunging the record.  By inactivating a record, your agency has the ability to view the defendant record until which time an expungement is ordered and you want to expunge the record.  After expunging a defendant record, you will not be able to view the defendant sentencing information.  The information will be available for statistical reports only.
